Return & Replacement Policy

All Brewing Chaos merchandise is custom-printed per order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or reprint through our production partner.

Lost packages or shipping errors will also be investigated and replaced when confirmed.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds for those cases.


How to Request Assistance

Email brewingchaos@brewing-chaos.com with your order number and photos of any issue.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or replacement will not be accepted.
You can always contact us at the same address for any return-related questions.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to return online purchases within 14 days.
Because all Brewing Chaos merchandise is custom-printed and produced on demand, these products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
